Honors and awards

Cheng Wen-tsan was awarded the Order of Brilliant Star, First Class (一等景星勳章), on May 13, 2024, by President Tsai Ing-wen in recognition of his contributions as Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan. In 2022, he received the inaugural Honorary Outstanding Alumnus designation from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), acknowledging his role in facilitating the affiliation of Taoyuan Agricultural and Industrial Vocational High School with the university and supporting collaborative initiatives such as the establishment of a smart and green energy base in Taoyuan.
